KIRK CONNECTION STATEMENT

We are centered in God.
We are followers of Jesus Christ.
We are led by the Holy Spirit in our thoughts and actions as we partner to co-create a world for all that reflects God’s Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

We strive to live in the infinite flow of God’s goodness of love, hope, and peace.
We draw from God’s inexhaustible supply and wisely use our resources to serve the world.

We are called to minister to the whole person with charity, justice, and hospitality.
We are a dynamic community where we study, learn and grow, work and worship together to develop disciples for the purpose of transforming the world and change lives.

We affirm our diverse humanity and celebrate what we share in common.
We believe all people are created with sacred worth; therefore, God loves all just as we are.

We will act with integrity in our mission and ministry, as we, also intentionally grow closer together in our personal relationships with one another.
We commit to strive to perfect the “beloved community” that Pentecost calls us to.
